FEE POLICY
Fee Amount
- 50% of one full month’s rent When the Fee Is Charged
- Only when the regie selects the incoming tenant.
- No charges occur before regie validation.
Refund Policy
- Fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances
- PTK retains a portion
- PTK transfers a portion to the outgoing tenant
USER AGREEMENTS
Outgoing Tenant AgreementBy using the platform, the outgoing tenant confirms:
- They have the legal right to transfer the lease
- All listing information is accurate
- They will organise visits
- They accept the PTK fee structure
Incoming Tenant Agreement
By applying, the incoming tenant confirms:
- All submitted documents are authentic
- They will attend visits
- They independently evaluate the property
- They accept the fee and payment process

PTK is strictly an online matching platform.
PTK does not:
- Guarantee being selected by the regie
- Represent, negotiate, or influence landlord decisions
- Check the physical condition of properties
- Conduct or participate in visits
- Provide legal advice
All liability for property conditions, user actions, or outcomes of applications remains with the users and the regie.
